When it comes to shaving, it’s all about the cuticles!
It’s no secret that a good shave is essential for a great looking and feeling face, and the more your skin looks and feels moisturised, the better!
It all comes down to how you apply your shaving cream.
The first thing you need to do is to get the right cuticle cream, according to our experts.
You want a good shaving cream that has a rich moisturising effect, which makes your skin feel soft, smooth and smooth, says hair care expert and beauty expert Clare Martin.
For your first shave, you need a gel, which is the perfect mix of oil, water and organic ingredients.
It’s important to use a gel that has no harsh chemicals, like benzoyl peroxide or glycolic acid, says beauty expert and cosmetic expert Mary Kelly.
Apply a good cuticle shaving cream on top of a gel to give your skin a ‘buddy cut’ feel.
Apply the cream to the outside of your cuticle, just above your eyes, on top and below your jawline.
You can then rinse your face with water, and apply the cream back to the cuticle.
After applying the cream, wash your face, neck and hair in warm water and then massage the cuticular area with a towel.
This will help loosen the cutaneous hairs, and you’ll want to massage it into the cutum to get more hydrated skin.
Use a shaving brush, which has been specially designed to apply the shaving cream evenly and leave your skin feeling moisturised.
Make sure you have a strong brush and not too much as it will take some getting used to.
Shaving cream is one of the best ways to treat acne.
It’s effective in removing pimples, which can be very hard to get rid of.
If you’ve got a mild or moderate acne, apply your cream on the back of your hand and gently massage your face to remove it.
This may take a little while.
Once you’ve removed the pimple, repeat this process until the skin feels clean and soft.
The shaving cream is a great way to give the skin a healthier and less oily look.
If you’re concerned about how the shave cream feels on your skin, consider applying a moisturiser.
This will make your skin smoother, less irritated and softer, which will help to keep your skin moisturised and feeling hydrated.
Avoid using too much shaving cream because it can irritate your skin and you may not notice any improvement in your skin.
Apply a moisturising cream to your face after your shave to help remove any dirt or oils that are left on your face.
A good moisturiser is also a good way to soften and soothe your skin after shaving, according a hair care and cosmetic therapist and beauty coach, Sue Denton.
Don’t use too much cream because too much will cause a dry and irritated cuticle and leave you feeling irritated.
Apply an olive-tanned moisturiser on top to help smooth and sooth your skin as you shave.
